2. DESCRIPTION AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
By using or visiting the Website, the user expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy of the Website.
For the purpose of the registration process to which the user will be subjected to access the Society's Services, it will be understood that they have read and understood all the terms set forth here, and that they accept them in full, committing to comply with all the specifications established for this purpose.

2.1. Applicability. The Terms and Conditions will be applicable to the Society and the user at the time of their acceptance, which will be enabled through a pop-up for this purpose.

2.2. User Status. The Society will only allow access to the services offered to individuals over eighteen years of age who have full capacity to contract. If the user registers on behalf of a legal entity, they guarantee and certify that they have all necessary rights and powers to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the legal entity they represent.
The Society reserves the right to restrict access to the Website when deemed necessary for security reasons.

2.3. Subsequent Modifications. The Society reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. When modifications are significant, users will be notified, and it is their responsibility to review the new Terms and Conditions, which will be accessible on the Website.
For this purpose, it will be considered that the user fully accepts the new Terms and Conditions if, after one month from the availability of the modification of the Terms and Conditions to all users, the user has not expressed their opposition. The lack of express acceptance will imply the discontinuation of the services offered by the Society on the Website.
3. SERVICES
These Terms and Conditions set forth the conditions governing access to the Website, as well as the different services that the Society may offer, hereinafter referred to as “Services”.

Once the Society receives the user's communication, it commits to respond as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from receiving such communication.

Modifications: The Society may terminate any documentation formalized with the user when detecting unauthorized use of the offered Service, whether due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions or for any other objective cause. In such cases, the Society will not assume any obligation or responsibility, nor will it refund the user for any amounts previously paid.

3.3. Confidentiality and Data Protection: When the user provides personal data through the process of contracting the Services, it is necessary to first read and accept the Privacy Policy.

In accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter, “GDPR”) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter, “LOPD GDD”), all personal data provided during the use of the Website will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy that you must read and, if applicable, accept.

The Society is considered a provider of information society services, with the respective limitations of liability that this entails, without prejudice to the responsibilities legally imposed due to the provision of the Services.

3.8. Cancellation, Right of Withdrawal: The user has the right to cancel the contracted Service without providing any explanation within the first 30 days after contracting the service.
This right is the right of withdrawal established by Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
To cancel an order, you may notify it via email to support@yoseyomo.com.
If you send an email or written communication, please include your order details to help us identify it. The withdrawal period will expire after the 30 natural days mentioned above.
Once the verification is completed, the user will receive a confirmation with the cancellation process. Once the cancellation is effective, all functionalities related to the Service will cease to be available.
4. OBLIGATIONS RELATING TO THE USE OF THE WEBSITE
The Society assumes the following obligations:

The user expressly accepts and assumes the following obligations:

- Security Violation: Attempting to breach authentication and security systems, if any, of the Website.
- Illicit Content Retrieval: Attempting to obtain any material or content from the Website through unauthorized procedures.
- Technological Overload: Performing actions that impose an excessive load on the Website's technological infrastructure.
The Society reserves the right to take any legal action necessary to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
